Posizione eccellente. Parcheggio comodo a costi veramente interessanti. Avrei preferito una doccia e non una vasca con doccia in bagno, ma sarà per la prossima volta. Palestra piccola ma ben fornita dove è possibile per tutti allenarsi, lascerei degli asciugamani a disposizione degli ospiti direttamente in palestra. Veramente ottima la colazione con grande varietà a buffet. Personale giovane, professionale e gentile. Costo alto per la categoria, soprattutto se parametrato all'Italia, ma nella media per l'offerta locale e per i servizi a disposizione. Location is great, in the middle of Innsbruck. Had a pretty expensive room with a wall directly in front of the window, so artificial light was neccessary even during the day. Not very pleasant when noone at the reception seems to know where the attractions/ sightseeing are: one had no idea, the other only a very vague one, about going left and then straight to the right, not so very far, only about 15 minutes... no way! Had to ask people only to learn I was completely wrong and it would take too long for my break. Good hotels would have small city maps for the guests, especially when personnel cannot give advice or directions. At least breakfast was very good!Mrs. H. am 30.09.2024:
