We had a lovely, spacious, modern, quiet room on level 5. It had a wonderful, large view of Innsbruck’s snowy mountains. Can’t beat the location- close to everything. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. We were only wanting for tissues and couple more pillows (which weren’t supplied), teas, sugar and coffees weren’t replaced daily - apart from that, would have been perfect!Herr Z. am 16.12.2024:

L'albergo è davvero molto bello, si trova in pieno centro. Noi eravamo a Innsbruck per i mercatini di Natale e bastava fare due passi per trovarci in uno dei più belli, secondo me e comunque vicinissimo a tutto. La città è veramente bellissima, ce ne siamo innamorati. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era bella, spaziosa, pulitissima e con una vista spettacolare sulla montagna, seppur affacciasse in una zona interna. Il bagno era estremamente pulito e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento. Colazione ottima, per ogni gusto, sia dolce che salato! Torneremo molto volentieri!Thomas B. am 13.12.2024:
Das Zimmer war nicht in Ordnung (Sauberkeit) und daran änderte auch eine Reklamation an der Rezeption nichts. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Maria Theresia Straße, und da ist es die ganze Nacht sehr laut. Um 7:30 Uhr verließen wir fluchtartig das Hotel.Gregory J. am 10.12.2024:
This was my family's first stay in Innsbruck, Austria and I must admit, the city and especially Stage 12 Hotel by Penz didn't disappoint. The entire Hotel Staff from Reception, Room Service, Fitness & Sauna Areas, Dining Room, and stocked Bar were all very pleasant, professional, helpful, and ready to serve at every turn. Stage 12 Hotel by Penz is located in a perfect location for site seeing, dining, shopping, and the view from every direction is spectacular.
