Ein zentral gelegenes gemütliches Hotel mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern und einem reichhaltigen Frühstück mit vielen exotischen Früchten. Ein Parkhaus mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Ein einziger Mangel- nicht tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers.Herr K. am 06.01.2025:
Sehr schönes Hotel in einer Top Lage in Innsbruck. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und groß genug. Ein paar mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer wären toll. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Die Bar im Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl und kann ebenfalls empfohlen werden. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen.Veronika R. am 06.01.2025:

Beautiful boutique style hotel in the heart of Innsbruck. Location is perfect on the Main Street where the Christmas markets were and plenty of shops and restaurants/cafes. Also perfect for buses and trams. As a family of 4, we loved our stay. The room was a good size with bunk beds (rare) for the kids and the breakfast was delicious. Review for Stage 12 Hotel by Penz I had high expectations for my stay at Stage 12 Hotel by Penz, especially given the €300 per night price tag, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas. While the hotel boasts a fantastic location on Maria-Theresien-Strasse, within walking distance of Innsbruck’s key attractions, the service and attention to detail were disappointing. The room, though stylish, had several functional issues. The electric kettle and hot plate were not working, no cutlery was provided, and the coffee and tea sachets were not refilled during my stay. I tried contacting reception to resolve these issues, but no one answered my calls. For a hotel of this caliber, such basic amenities and responsive service are minimum expectations. Additionally, I requested an early check-in—just 30 minutes early—as I was traveling with an infant. Despite my situation, the request was denied, and I was asked to return after 40 minutes, during which time I was not even granted access to the room. This lack of flexibility and empathy was highly disappointing. While the location and aesthetic of the hotel are commendable, the poor service and lack of attention to guest needs left me underwhelmed.
