Abstellkammer mit Fenster zu einem allseitig geschlossenen Beton-Lichtschacht aus dem Lärm bis 4 Uhr morgens kommt. Dazu eine nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage ( 27 Grad im Zimmer ). Nacht geschwitzt und trotz Ohrstöpseln kaum geschlafen. Mängel mehrfach gemeldet. Keine Abhilfe. Keinerlei Kulanz. Noch nicht einmal ein kostenfreies Frühstück o.a. Stage 12 is in an excellent location, right in the center of Innsbruck. It is surprisingly quiet, given the location, and has a very helpful staff. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city.Frau K. am 11.08.2024:

Posizione centrale . Con le istruzioni dell’hotel abbia raggiunto facilmente il parcheggio. Colazione eccellente. Camera molto accogliente Un soggiorno perfetto. Ritorneremo sicuramente allo Stage 12 e lo consiglieremo
