Sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage mit freundlichem PersonalMr. S. am 30.07.2024:
We booked this hotel due to the modern look and the location within the city. Unfortunately, there was discrepancy in our booking and the guy at check-in was very rude and wouldn't listen to us as we tried to explain what room we had booked. He only offered that he could upgrade us for an additional fee, which we accepted at the time. Fortunately, after we checked in, we found our confirmation email stating exactly what we were trying to explain to him at check-in. When we showed him the information, he removed the upgrade fee but did not offer any apology and blamed the discrepancy on us. Although we enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel, we chose not to visit the bar or give the hotel any further business based on the poor service offered by the guy at reception. For our next visit we would probably look for a different place to stay based purely on that interaction with the reception at check-in and during our follow up with the same guy.Mrs. C. am 30.07.2024:

Top Hotel im Centrum der Stadt mit Super-Zimmer, welche extrem sauber und modern eingerichtet sind und einem exklusivem Frühstück. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und beim nächsten Innsbruck-Aufenthalt weiss ich jetzt schon wieder, welches Hotel ich buche - STAGE 12. Hallo Stage 12 - Team, es waren super Tage bei Euch. Ein Punkt habe ich allerdings zu bemängeln. Wenn man zu zweit ist und auch zusätzliche Sportbekleidung dabei hat, ist der Schrank in den Zimmern viel zu klein. Ein Handtuchhalter für zwei Handtücher im Bad wäre auch nicht schlecht.
