Atención deleznable, impropia, no solo de un hotel de 4 estrellas, sino de uno inferior; absoluta falta de respuesta a nuestra solicitud de ayuda e información ante un problema (olvido de varias prendas en la habitación, no detectado hasta primera hora del día siguiente al check-out). El olvido es nuestra responsabilidad, pero la falta de atención y respuesta, la excusa de estar hablando hasta con tres interlocutores distintos, la excusa de pedirnos relación exhaustiva de las prendas olvidadas, la no respuesta a los mails enviados con la relación, eso sí es responsabilidad del hotel; nos sentimos “maltratados” por esa falta de atenciónFrau K. am 21.06.2022:
Schön eingerichtetes Hotel in toller Lage. Jedoch ist das Bad ohne einen Föhn ausgestattet sowie waren leider am Boden noch etliche Haare der Vorgänger am Boden.Herr W. am 21.06.2022:

We loved our visit to Innsbruck (our first!) which was made even more enjoyable by the lovely Stage12 Hotel. Our room had the most fabulous mountain view!!! We watched the cable car ascending and descending, then enjoyed riding it ourselves one day to the summit. It was so enjoyable opening the big window for fresh air, to watch the rain, and just take in the nearby sights and sounds such as the ringing of the various cathedral bells. The hotel is ideally located. We were able to walk from the train station with our luggage, had plenty of food and shopping opportunities nearby, and were close to public transportation. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return someday.Frau S. am 11.06.2022:

Great hotel. Is in the middle of Innsbruck, parking facilities under the hotel, with special rates for guests. Also A possibility in the parking to charge your electric car. The room was great and spacious. The bed was very good, the rest of the furnishing was also really nice. The bathroom was well equiped and had a hugh walk-in shower. When we will go to Innsbruck again, we will definately stay here again.
