The only good thing about this place is the location. Everything else was frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional. Our first room had an air-conditioning unit that made loud, constant noises. After reporting it, we were moved to a different room, but things only got worse. The second room was much smaller, had a tiny bathroom, barely working lights, non functioning safe, and a lovely view of the dumpsters. The air-con there also made noise, just slightly less often. We asked to return to our original room once the issue was fixed, but were told that was “not possible since they are fully booked” and that we should be happy with the new room because it had a “view.” We reported all the broken things right away but none of it got fixed during the 3 nights in the room. The bins also didn't get emptied and they didn't replace the toilet paper. Would never recommend this dump of a hotel or any other Penz hotels.Frau W. el día 06.07.2025:
