Sehr schönes Hotel, super Bar mit reichhaltiger Getränkekarte. Negativ ist, daß die Hoteladresse mit dem KfZ nicht anfahrbar ist und wir zumindest bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt ziemlich herumgeirrt sind. Vielleicht sollte das Hotel bei der Buchungsbestätigung eine Ergänzung vornehmen und angeben, was man im Navi eingeben muß.Herr B. am 02.08.2022:

The service at this hotel is non existent. There is no one at reception after 10 and it’s very difficult to contact anyone after that. The rooms don’t even have tea and cups and you have to ask for it. The cleaning staff one day took away our towels and bath at and didn’t even bother to replenish them. There were lots of issues with my friends room after repeatedly asking for towel for the 3rd occupant in the room. The 3rd bednot being made up when they were aware it was a triple room with 3 people. Also asked in the morning for extra pillows as the pillows are so thin but didn’t get one finally receptionist managed to give only 1 tiny pillow.. There was only 1 receptionist on duty over the weekend who was flustered and rushed off her feet and had to do everything herself even making beds so made lots of mistakes. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Only p,us point was the location and the breakfast was extremely goodWarren F. am 26.07.2022:
We booked this hotel looking for a centrally located hotel in order to explore the city and we’re very happy with our choice and location of our stay in this very clean and efficiently run hotel it was all in all a very enjoyable experience we will return
