Reception was not a good experience... they didn't welcome me, it was slow. There was a issue with the city tax because the room was booked for two & it was only me... probably my mistake but I didn't even realize until I was told in a passive aggressive way & loudly that \"I can confirm that the room was booked for two\" They finally changed it, but clearly this was a bother. The receptionist had a very loud voice & was shouting most of the time. When I asked to store my luggage she huffed as if to say this was an inconvenience! Hi, A nice hotel in an excellent location and a parking near by. However, I was disappointed by the service (It can not be that a room is not cleaned and instead of an apology, I am treated rudely). Also the bar was always full and noisy, so there was no place to sit and drink coffee in the hotel.Mrs. L. am 13.02.2024:

Overall, an excellent hotel. We've asked if we could have the higher room instead and it was politely given to us. Amazing breakfast and stunning views. The location is premium.
