We were impressed by the competence und really high speed of the hotel staff at check-in. We arrived earlier than expected but we got our room right away. It was great surprise. Most hotels nowadays never give the key before 15 o’clock. The room was small but very nice and comfortable and with a perfect Mountain View. Breakfast was very good and certainly not cheap. I read many complaints of hotel guests about the price, but why on earth should it be cheap?! The bar in the hotel is definitely worth visiting. I think I won’t be exaggerating if I tell that it’s probably the best bar in the whole town. Great service and amazing cocktails! The only thing I didn’t like at all was 100 euro deposit. We paid for the room in advance. Mini bar in our room was completely empty. The room was (again!) nice but not too luxurious. Why they needed this deposit? I just didn’t understand. But of course it was not a big deal and could not spoil anything. We totally enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel for a pleasant weekend in Innsbruck.Frau N. am 04.04.2024:
Perfektes Hotel um Innsbruck zu erkunden. Zentral und mit Parkplatz. Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Team. Ansprechender kleiner Wellnessbereich, gute Betten. Richtig coole Hotelbar.
