La struttura e' semplicemente meravigliosa! Gli ambienti sono curati nei minimi dettagli, molto accoglienti e soprattutto ben mantenuti e puliti. La famiglia Call è tutto il personale dell'Excelsior sempre disponibilissimi, accorti a soddisfare tutte le richieste e le esigenze dei suoi clienti. Il motivo principale che mi spinge sempre a tornare in questo albergo, e che ritrovo sempre, e' la magica atmosfera familiare che si percepisce. Il cibo è' ottimo e i bambini hanno sempre un punto di ritrovo dove divertirsi. Infine, altro particolare fondamentale da non trascurare per chi scia e' la posizione strategica dell'albergo, che si trova esattamente sugli impianti. There were 2 skiers and 2 non skiers in our party and this hotel was just perfect for us all.From the ski in/out location to the perfect spa area it has it all.You will struggle to find fault with any thing here.
