My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Excelsior. The location, the ambience, the views, the food, the wine, the spa, the things to do....I could go on. All brilliant. But the people (staff) at Excelsior are really what makes this hotel stand out for me - each of them brilliant too.
