Das Hotel Theresa in Zell am Ziller und die Umgebung sind für uns schon seit 20 Jahren eine Reise wert. Essen, Service und Wellness sind hervorragend. Preis , Leistungsverhältnis stimmen für uns. This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is so well runned by an extraordinary family and their colleagues. The service is excellent and they think of every little detail, something you hardly experience anywhere else (anymore). People that say the hotel is outdated, don't understand Austrian culture. The antiquated furniture and design, make the whole place! It is so warm, cozy and welcoming. We stayed for 10 days with our 3 kids (4, 7 and 9) and we all had the best time! There is so much to do: several heated pools, a spa, chill areas, lots of games, several play areas, inside and outside activities for the whole family, live music at dinner, etc. And the food is amazing! What we liked most is that there is a lot of healthy food and a menu instead of only buffet. You get to choose your 5 course dinner, every morning at breakfast. Also the kids can join the kids table at 18h or eat with you at 19h. A very varied menu with healthy and vegetarian options (but they do very good meat too ;) Ah and try the Elder Fizz cocktail, its amazing! The smart thing about the hotel is that everything is divided in smaller areas, so it always feels cozy and personal. Like the restaurant, the pools, the chill areas and even the kids area. As for location, it is opposite the train station and a 5 min walk to supermarket/centre. The bus stops in front of the hotel and brings you to the gondola in 5-10 minutes. Amazing hotel - simply amazing !!! We 2 families with kids had the best ski and spa vacation ever! The family Eggers in generations and the varm staff make us feel at home! Das Theresa ist seit vielen Jahren unsere erste Adresse für ein paar Tage Auszeit und Entspannung. Ein sehr romantisches Hotel, sehr geräumig und gemütlich, tolle Aussicht, toller SPA Bereich und Pool Landschaft. Top Location! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Kinder waren sehr frei und glücklich, hatten unterschiedliche Beschäftigungen angeboten bekommen und haben tolle Zeit gehabt. Ein toller Urlaub sowohl für Eltern, als auch für Kinder.
