I was very pleased with the hotel ( just a brand gave me quite a lot of expectations ). Reception staff was very nice and helpful. They tried to help me in finding the parking garage but finally able to find by myself ( better signage to garage would be helpful ). Check-out time 11AM was a surprise, reception was not worried about it but I had a feeling that cleaning ladies would have like to see me gone by 11 ( now left the room 11:20 in a bit of a hurry)Michele F. am 25.06.2022:
A gold nugget in the middle of Innsbruck. Well positioned. Clean and sleek. Parking directly under the hotel at big win!!! Walk directly out into the center of town. Slightly removed away from the main gateway through a magical alley! Great place. Will definitely stay againHerr A. am 24.06.2022:

Schönes Zimmer, etwas dunkel im Sommer bei Hitze ok, aber im Winter wäre es mir zu dunkel. Lage ist sehr gut, da das Hotel nach hinten versetzt ist auch sehr ruhig und man merkt den Trubel der Innenstadt nicht. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt.Isabel S. am 22.06.2022:
Atención deleznable, impropia, no solo de un hotel de 4 estrellas, sino de uno inferior; absoluta falta de respuesta a nuestra solicitud de ayuda e información ante un problema (olvido de varias prendas en la habitación, no detectado hasta primera hora del día siguiente al check-out). El olvido es nuestra responsabilidad, pero la falta de atención y respuesta, la excusa de estar hablando hasta con tres interlocutores distintos, la excusa de pedirnos relación exhaustiva de las prendas olvidadas, la no respuesta a los mails enviados con la relación, eso sí es responsabilidad del hotel; nos sentimos “maltratados” por esa falta de atenciónFrau K. am 21.06.2022:
Schön eingerichtetes Hotel in toller Lage. Jedoch ist das Bad ohne einen Föhn ausgestattet sowie waren leider am Boden noch etliche Haare der Vorgänger am Boden.
