Abstellkammer mit Fenster zu einem allseitig geschlossenen Beton-Lichtschacht aus dem Lärm bis 4 Uhr morgens kommt. Dazu eine nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage ( 27 Grad im Zimmer ). Nacht geschwitzt und trotz Ohrstöpseln kaum geschlafen. Mängel mehrfach gemeldet. Keine Abhilfe. Keinerlei Kulanz. Noch nicht einmal ein kostenfreies Frühstück o.a. Very nice place, right in the centre. They offered us free drink as room was not ready for check in which was really nice of them. Room had really nice view. Will for sure stay here again and will recommend others too.Mr. C. am 11.08.2024:
Stage 12 is in an excellent location, right in the center of Innsbruck. It is surprisingly quiet, given the location, and has a very helpful staff. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city.Frau K. am 11.08.2024:

Stage 12 is located in a great location in the Altstadt. I appreciated the attached garage and air conditioning. We enjoyed being able to walk to all of our destinations easily due to the central location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Tolles modernes und ruhiges Stadthotel zum Wohlfühlen, gut zu erreichen, bequem mit Auto in die Tiefgarage und direkt an der Altstadt, so dass eine Pause im Hotel oder ein Spaziergang im Hofgarten vor dem Frühstück möglich sind.
