Stage 12 is the best hotel we've stayed at on this trip. Room with balcony and mountain view is absolutely wonderful. Excellent breakfast. Very nice and spacious spa area. Location right by old town is perfect. About 1 km from the train station - possible to walk but can also take tram #5 for two stops.Mr. L. am 10.07.2022:
Modern efficient and everything a modern city hotel should be. BUT the tiny bedside tables are annoyingly stupid. AND don’t make us pay for room coffee and tea when there are no cups.Mr. A. am 10.07.2022:

Super Lage, Parkhaus unter dem Hotel, ruhig obwohl mitten in der Altstadt, sehr unproblematischer Check in, freundliche Mitarbeiter . Wir waren das zweite Mal dort auf unserer Reise nach Italien, und würden das nächste Mal wieder kommen.Mr. B. am 03.07.2022:

I was very pleased with the hotel ( just a brand gave me quite a lot of expectations ). Reception staff was very nice and helpful. They tried to help me in finding the parking garage but finally able to find by myself ( better signage to garage would be helpful ). Check-out time 11AM was a surprise, reception was not worried about it but I had a feeling that cleaning ladies would have like to see me gone by 11 ( now left the room 11:20 in a bit of a hurry)Michele F. am 25.06.2022:
A gold nugget in the middle of Innsbruck. Well positioned. Clean and sleek. Parking directly under the hotel at big win!!! Walk directly out into the center of town. Slightly removed away from the main gateway through a magical alley! Great place. Will definitely stay again
