Location and soundproofing and initial cleanliness is good Service provision was poor for a place with high nightly rate. Daily housekeeping only involves keeping things back in its place. Room and sink etc were not cleaned and the paper coffee cups they provide were not disposed nor replaced . Unsure if I was expected to use the single use cup again !. There was no coffee or tea replenished daily. No sanitary bags in the toilet. Room was booked for 2 guests, pillow and duvet and towels and slippers were only made available for one and had to be requested. No spare pillows either . Breakfast didn’t have options of hot food for vegetarians. Didn’t use the fitness room as the entire area was smelling of toilet and stuffy . Essentially, they have a good set up but needs to be tweaked a little to make it a great place and worth the amount you pay .Frau K. am 17.06.2023:

The hotel is located at perfect location, central, so clean and staff are friendly. I did not use the sauna because I was shy and second, it is already hot outside :-) I will go back and stay here again when I go back to Innsbruck or try their other PENZ hotels.Angie P. am 12.06.2023:
This hotel has a perfect location, walking distance to everything including the train station. The rooms are decorated in a way that you feel calm, relaxed and welcomed. The spa is one of the best we experienced. Very relaxing space. I would highly recommend this hotel.Frau S. am 05.06.2023:
