An sich ein mega Hotel in einer super Lage, bloss Zimmer 319 würde ich nicht mehr buchen wegen der Aussicht ( Wand und Hotelflur), andere Gäste konnten ins Zimmer schauen. Für 161€ für eine Nacht und eine Person ein No Go Zimmer, hätte ich das vorher gewusst hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gebucht mit besseren Zimmern. Das Zimmer war schick modern eingerichtet, die Klima konnte man nicht richtig abschalten und im Bad lagen von anderen Menschen braune Haare auf dem Boden. Very nice hotel in the city centre. Friendly staff and super nice accomodation. One remark : I booked the hotel for its sauna complex. However, when I arrived there with my 4-years old daughter I noticed the sauna was only +18 so we couldn't enter. Maybe you can organize some family timing? Gesamteindruck des Hotels tiptop was Empfang, Housekeeping, Personal, Zimmer mit Bad anbelangt. Wermutstropfen: 1. Für Kaffee bzw. Tee (mit Warmwasserkocher auf dem Zimmer) Pappbecher mit Kunststoffbeschichtung nicht nachhaltig, empfehle Glas- oder Keramiktassen. 2. Preis (€25.00) für Frühstück/Person recht üppig, dann hätte ich mir ein \"üppigeres\" vorgestellt. Doch das Angebot ist ausreichend, doch dem Preis nicht würdig! Reception was not a good experience... they didn't welcome me, it was slow. There was a issue with the city tax because the room was booked for two & it was only me... probably my mistake but I didn't even realize until I was told in a passive aggressive way & loudly that \"I can confirm that the room was booked for two\" They finally changed it, but clearly this was a bother. The receptionist had a very loud voice & was shouting most of the time. When I asked to store my luggage she huffed as if to say this was an inconvenience! Hi, A nice hotel in an excellent location and a parking near by. However, I was disappointed by the service (It can not be that a room is not cleaned and instead of an apology, I am treated rudely). Also the bar was always full and noisy, so there was no place to sit and drink coffee in the hotel.
