E’ stata un’esperienza soddisfacente sotto ogni punto di vista, lo dimostra il fatto che è già la seconda volta che soggiorno per un breve periodo con mio marito e con un cane al seguito, cane sempre ben accettato e ben trattato peraltro. Consiglio vivamente l’esperienza, troverete personale competente e gentile, disponibile al massimo ed una cucina veramente gourmet, con un offerta di prodotti veramente ineguagliabile. La colazione è sicuramente una delle più complete che io abbia mai trovato in alberghi di pari livello. Tornerò sicuramente! If you are thinking of booking a break away look no further than here! From the moment we booked until we left we were extremely impressed with the service we received. The transfer, 1st impressions on arrival, the cleanliness of the hotel, rooms and spa area were exceptional. In terms of staffing the bar and restaurant staff and daily drivers to the ski areas were excellent and very patient with us as a big group. The spa staff were excellent. The hotel is a true wellness experience in itself. Rooms were spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. Beds, bed linen and pillows were excellent quality. The toiletries were divine!! Mini bar was well stocked and good variety of drinks. The attention to detail, friendly approach and can do attitude of the team coupled with local knowledge and encouragement to actually relax and enjoy our holiday is something we all will take forward.
