Sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tolles Essen, tolle Programme für nicht Skifahrer und immer den Blick für das Wesentliche. Am meisten erfreute mich immer die Morgenpost und was mich besonders gerührt hatte, war ein Willkommens Kärtchen, mit dem Hinweis, das wir Jahre zuvor schon einmal da waren. Sehr aufmerksam. Frequentiamo questo hotel da molti anni, sia d'inverno che d'estate, quindi almeno due o tre volte in un anno. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre a nostra disposizione. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte etwas \" aufhübschen\" Es punktet aber mit einem gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, perfekter Sauberkeit, schönem Wellnessbereich und überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal, das sehr gut geschult ist! Abbiamo passato cinque splendidi giorni all'hotel Alpen Palace in Val Aurina in inverno e torneremo sicuramente questa estate. La nostra camera era spaziosa e ben arredata con un comodo angolo relax con divano e poltrona. Il bagno grande e pulitissimo. Abbiamo molto apprezzato i prodotti beauty di alta qualità e le ciabattine eleganti, oltre che la macchianetta espresso con le cialde. Un ampio terrazzo con poltrone completava la nostra stanza. La SPA merita un dieci e lode, grande, perfetta, con ogni comodità. Kit con accappatoio, salviettone e ciabattine in un bel cesto nella nostra camera, prodotti di alta qualità nelle doccie, pulizia estrema dappertutto. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la piscina e l'idromassaggio all'esterno con acqua calda e l'idromassaggio con cromoterapia nelle grotta di sale. L'offerta gastronomica davvero di alta qualità, la colazione ottima e varia, le cene sempre sorprendenti e piatti gourmet che abbiamo molto apprezzato. E che dire della pasticceria top di Elisa? Una sorpresa che ci ha davvero stupiti! Ringraziamo tutto il personale di sala, sempre attento, professionale e gentile , che ha sempre soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. e ovviamente lo chef e brigata di cucina, davvero all'altezza di un hotel 5 stelle. If you like to be spoilt, if you like to relax in a five star hotel with 5 star spa and 5 star service, this is the place to visit. Although it is 2 hours drive from Innsbruck airport, it is well worth the drive. You are guaranteed to receive a warm welcome from the reception team, who will ensure that your needs will be met for the duration of your stay. You will be guaranteed 5 star service from the restaurant - superb breakfast, and the most amazing of dinners (a combination of buffet and silver service).
