Nice clean property. We booked the Thursday dinner arrangement included. When sat for dinner the menu was disappointing for the total stay charged. We tried to change the reservation to breakfast only to be included. We ordered of the regular menu after a lot of back and forth with a staff member. That dinner was great, however we got overcharged on the entire stay. The grounds are nicely kept and the room was adequate and clean. But $470 for one night with breakfast and two regular entrees was entirely not worth it. There are better options and coming from Baiersbronns 5 star resorts to this place was disappointing to say the least. No apologies and nobody tried to rectify the shortcomings. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Bietet tolle Qualität in der Gastronomie. Der Garten ist super angelegt. Und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Familie Baumann ist stets nach Vetbesserunfen bemüht.
