I enjoyed a perfect luxury family vacation at the Quellenhof Lazise in June 2023. The resort was beautiful and with every amenity one could ask for. We loved our room with access to the beautiful artificial lake. The room was beautifully furnished and loved the huge bathroom. The deck with soft loungers and hot tub was amazing. The sports pool was perfect in temperature and ambiance. The restaurant was magnificent. Very high quality award quality food and much variety. But the best part was the staff and service. I am so impressed overall with the level of professionalism of all the staff. Any small request was attended to instantly. They worked so hard to make us happy. And always friendly and polite with excellent advice and suggestions. The VIP van to Lazise was an amazing service to offer. Always prompt and comfortable. We appreciate Luca at the front desk, the several van drivers, Leo and Paolo at the bar, Paolo, Diana and Asia at the dinner table and housekeeping was excellent too. Congratulations on having such an amazing staff every single encounter with staff was a pleasure. The resort is 5 star because the service is 5 star. We stayed for 4 days at the resort and i simply cannot find any faults. All staff were amazing and this is what makes the resort so special. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and congratulate the owners for what has been created. My wife and I shall never forget our holiday at this fantastic resort. Ho soggiornato un weekend presso la struttura e sono tornata entusiasta.
