Questo hotel è stato per me un luogo di rigenerazione e relax. Il personale accogliente e capace, gli spazi ampi, il verde che li circonda, i materiali e i colori e la luce che ne deriva offrono la sensazione di trovarsi in un luogo che ti aspetta: manchi solo tu e il tuo desiderio di lascarti un po' viziare, con discrezione e tatto. Bellissimi la skypool che si affaccia sul lago, il laghetto e la zona verde che circonda l'altra piscina. This Hotel should have a 6 star rating. The Staff and service are exceptional . Our children have food allergies and the hotel provided an individual printed menu with their safe option. So straight away we relaxed and had a wonderful holiday. The children’s water slide was a great hit too. Fantastic experience. We had high expectations, but not only were they met, they were greatly exceeded! Amazing staff, great facilities, excellent dining - can you ask for more? Everything is top quality, service is responsive quick and friendly - every request is met with a smile. We will be back, no question about it.
