Beautifully decorated hotel with friendly staff, an excellent breakfast and a great bar in the middle of the town. On the downside I would say that staff is very friendly but not always up to the job. Room was cleaned but tea station not. Towels were replaced by small towels, no bathtowels. We thought Stage 12 was a wonderful place to stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The location is great, it's next to the old town and Christmas markets, and the walk from the train station is about 10 minutes.Frau K. am 25.12.2022:

We had an amazing visit to Innsbruck. The hotel was so perfectly situated for us to stroll around the Christmas markets and all the beautiful quaint streets of Innsbruck.
