Honestly, the check in and check out procedures just take too long. In checking out, there was a family ahead of me checking in. They had been there some time but there was still almost 10 minutes before I could be waited on. I thought the people ahead of me were buying an automobile, not checking into a hotel. This process needs to be improved, both for customer satisfaction and to increase the efficiency of your staff.Mr. W. am 28.08.2025:

This was the worst stay I have had on my 20 day trip to Europe. Your check in staff doesn’t have basic etiquette how to deal with people. I was there for 2 nights and I am glad it was just 2 nights and not longer. We were checked in late due to the system being down almost 3 hours late and when my wife asked if there was a late check out due to the issue they were like maybe till 12, all hotels offer a late check out at 12 so there was no exception. Staff with absolutely discourteous and sarcastic. The was basin drain wasn’t working and the water was not draining when I called the receptionist the guy there with blonde hair and beard really needs a lesson on how to deal with people. I didn’t get a chance to take his name but he was the check in staff on the 24th of Aug in the evening when your system was down, He told me I am not the maintenance staff and they will come in tomorrow. After I told him the sink is going to overflow because we need to use it in the night too he came up and said something which I can’t recall now. Then he came back with a knife and opened the drain and said to me sarcastically I hope you can sleep better now. Even the light in the wash room wasn’t working. I had a 2 year old child or I would have definitely given him a piece of my mind. It’s really frustrating to be dealt with like that. My Stay was not free. I paid for it to stay in your hotel also it was not a cheap stay. The treatment of your staff was really bad probably because of the color of my skin or what it was.
