Tucked away up the sunny alpine side of Kitzbuhel, this fabulous 4-star Superior oasis is what people look for but rarely find; large enough to offer everything that is 5-star, small enough to guarantee individual attention to you, the guest, as well as to all the extra details that make or break a relaxing stay. We have stayed here now ten times, in summer and winter. Everything is at the doorstep including the famous Eichenheim golf course as well as the new chair lift to take you to the top of the Bichlalm alpine meadows for a relaxing treck around and down to a late lunch at the very elegant 'hut' called Oberaigen (ring ahead to reserve a table on the sunny terrace); then walk further down back to the hotel for a late afternoon swim in one of the finest fresh water pools we have ever experienced, overlooking the dramatic Tyrollean alpine vista.Frau B. am 16.08.2015:
