Bellissimo Hotel al 5/10 minuti di bici dal centro di Seefeld. Parcheggi comodi e coperti; un bel giardino dove passeggiare con il cane (con sacchetti e pattume a disposizione per ogni evenienza); accoglienza cortese e personale sempre sorridente; ambienti sempre puliti e ordinati; in stanza abbiamo trovato un kit di benvenuto per il nostro cane con ciotola+crocche+plaid; possibilità di cenare con il cane(su richiesta) in un angoletto molto carino della sala da pranzo; ottima ristorazione, ampia scelta e varietà (anche vegan) sia a colazione che a cena. La piscina interna/esterna è ampia e riscaldata, ci sono lettini per tutti sia dentro che fuori in giardino. Dopo cena si può sorseggiare un cocktail nello stupendo bar con salottini molto comodi e distanziati tra loro. Se avete il sono estremamente leggero, in estate vi sconsiglio le camere con vista piscina (per la vicinanza alla strada) Lo consiglio comunque e prenderemo ancora in considerazione questo meraviglioso Hotel per il futuro. Hotel bellissimo, leggermente fuori dal centro di Seefeld quindi lontano dal caos (ottimo x chi ama rilassarsi e dimenticare la solita vita). Cibo eccellente e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Im Krumers Alpin Resort steht der Gast wirklich an erster Stelle! Jeder Wunsch/Jedes Anliegen wurde ernst genommen und mit vollster Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Erholung wird hier neu definiert! Sehr sauberes Hotel mit tollen Mitarbeitern. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.Ms. S. am 01.08.2018:
We checked in at night. When we got to our room it was quite hot, even though the window was open. Their was an air conditioning thermostat in the room. However, even turning it to its coldest didn’t start the cooling. I called the reception from the room. The call lasted 10 seconds and it went like this: *Male receptionist*: It’s turned off. It’s 10 degrees outside. Bye bye. That’s the epitome of horrible service. Also, I don’t care what the temperature is outside in the middle of the night. We couldn’t have the window open because of bugs. Luckily we brought our own small fan - otherwise it would’ve been a very warm night. Also worth mentioning - the view is very bad, and the ‘Spa’ part of the hotel means a combined inside and outside pool, saunas where you aren’t allowed to wear bathing suits and have to be naked, as well as the option to pay for massages and other treatments (although it might be hard to pay, since the entire spa area was deserted). Conclusion: OK hotel, rude staff, bad view, poor spa experience. The hotels down in Seefeld looked much nicer with at least just as good a view.Frau N. am 30.07.2018:
