The hotel is beautiful and the value is worth it. The Spa experience is unmatched with staff who are professional, kind, helpful, and patient at every turn. They speak multiple languages so you are never left frustrated. The breakfast was impressive and the shopping just across the pedestrian bridge makes this location prime. You must stay for the views of the Alps, the spa experience, the food, and shopping. You don't have to go anywhere - it is all here and the staff make you feel right at home. No matter who you speak to, they are helpful at the front desk, restaurants, and spa. It was all and all a most lovely experience, one I will never forget.
