Hotel was good, food and breakfast was nice and easy before and after a wonderful day of skiing. Location is nice and the parking of your car is safe and comfortable. Friendliness and hospitality of front office staff is very low and poor, you do not feel welcome. A ski trip to the Hanneshof Resort in Filzmoos offers a classic, \"chocolate-box\" Austrian experience. It is particularly well-suited for families, beginners, and those who prefer a tranquil, uncrowded atmosphere over the high-octane party scenes of larger resorts. The resort is a collection of buildings (the main 4-star hotel and several nearby annexes) located right in the heart of Filzmoos. Filzmoos is a \"hidden gem\" within the massive Ski Amadé network. While the local area is modest, it is prized for its lack of lift queues and wide, well-groomed slopes.
