The Excelsior is a warm, friendly and inviting hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the Call family and their friendly team of staff. After an active day out in the beautiful mountains relaxing in the hot outdoor pool and visiting the sauna is bliss. La nostra vacanza in famiglia all'Excelsior è stata perfetta. I bambini si sono divertiti molto, la qualità del cibo è ottima, la spa meravigliosa e la posizione direttamente sulle piste da sci davvero comoda. Tutto il personale è estremamente gentile e professionale e ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta col sorriso. Complimenti e grazie di tutto!
