My wife and I traveled from Canada to spend a week at your hotel. From the second we checked in until we left all of the staff were extremely warm welcoming and very helpful when needed. A particular thank you to Hannah and Benjamin at the front desk, the bellman whose name I cannot unfortunately recall, our servers Gabi and Christian as well as the Somalia Jacobo. Thank you to Sonia and Werner whose energy was welcome during the various activities we parttook in. A special thank you to Christian and Marcus who's welcome smiles rounded out the pleasantries we received from all. It was so nice meeting you a d learning of the history behind your hotel There are many others whose names I cannot recall but must compliment you Christian and Marcus for building a team of energetic,friendly and phenomenal staff. Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub im Hubertus - wir wurden rund herum verwöhnt . Leckeres Essen und Trinken, sehr aufmerksames Personal und sensationelle Atmosphäre Wir sind ursprünglich „nur“ wegen dem Sky Pool gekommen, dieser ist aber in den Hintergrund gerückt - natürlich ist er weiterhin ein Erlebnis . Kommen das nächste Jahr wieder .

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il vostro Hotel lo scorso weekend, è stato tutto perfetto, partendo dalla accoglienza al check in, la camera perfetta, vista sulla valle spettacolare, il personale preparato e cortese, l' area wellness ha rispecchiato tutte le nostre aspettative, insomma se propio devo trovare una nota dolente, non c' era neve quando siamo arrivati ma il meteo ovviamente non dipende dallo staff Ritorneremo sicuramente
