Do not look further when you are looking for a top quality wellness five star hotel experience. So far, this is the best ever en most welcoming location we have ever been to. What can I say, it is not only the incredible infinity pool with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and the ‘floating’ heaven and hell spa where you can relax in a jacuzzi and sauna as if you are flying in the sky, but also and above all it is the top quality service of the staff who give you the feeling that they want you to have a great time, and they do this by continually being alert to your presence, greeting you and asking if you need something, but in a pleasant and welcoming manner. The whole atmosphere is really that of a family run hotel, which it is. The family members themselves are also present, visible and involved in the daily routine, for instance by guiding you when checking in or welcoming new guests at the dinner stand before entering the dining area, including Mr. Gasser himself. All this make you feel totally at ease. If you look for a snobbish hotel, don’t go to Hubertus, but go elsewhere. But if you want to feel comfortable in a hotel environment which gives you a really warm feeling, go to Hubertus, and enjoy a high quality 5-course dinner every evening, with an enormous choice of wines, and perfect service by the staff, or enjoy your breakfast with a great diversity of everything you can think of, including a separate counter where you can ask for fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, and so on, and depending on which day of the week, also grilled sandwiches or other choices, or fill your croissant with chocolate or other delicacies from a spout, or eat the unique home made light honey, just to mention a few options. Also, the design, details and finishing of the hotel itself and particularly the rooms are highly noteworthy, for instance the beautiful woodwork, and nothing is over the top, but all is functional and warm (we had the panoramic room belvedere). My wife says ‘It is a dream which came true. Highly luxurious though genuine and pure, aimed at today’s requirements and ready for the future, realised with beautiful, honest, sturdy materials, created and perfected with love and perseverance.’ There is even a backpack for hiking! We visited already many places and hotels in the Dolomiti area. Hubertus is the most complete and relaxing experience we found till now. Tolles Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es gab eine reichliche Auswahl an organisierten Aktivitäten, Aquagymnastik, Pilates am Morgen, Wanderungen für jeden Schwierigkeitsgrad und am Abend auch mal Musik.
