Generally when I read the comments that some hotel is absolutely awesome, I am not quite convinced. I have seen many hotels in Alps, some of them wear really impressive with its architecture, location, spa facility. Now i have strongly admit, that THIS hotel is unique one for the service, Starting with the BOSS playing for guests on harmony, fantastic spa area with professional Werner, lovely international restaurant team, shuttle bus to the slopes and many many other services. It is hard to put it in a few words, you simply should spent some days to feel the atmosphere of THE HOTEL.Sig. B. aus Carpiano am 15.02.2017:

Con piacere ho passato una settimana con la famiglia in questo ottimo albergo .Sinceramente pur viaggiando abbastanza negli utimi anni non ci era più capitato di trovare una struttura cosi ben gestita chiaramente da un titolare sempre presente e con del personlae veramente molto appassionato e attento a dare il massimo servizio.Posso con picere confermare di non aver trovato nulla da eccepire .Sicuramente tornerò a visitare questa bella Valdaora e sicuramente in q uesto Hotel.Con piacere mi porterò anche degli amici ai quali ho già consigliato la struttura.Piste da Sci ben curate e impianti moderni .Grazie per tutto .Ralf Torre (Lugano Svizzera )Sig. Sono ormai 15 stagioni,invernali,che frequentiamo la struttura,siamo un gruppo di 15 amici adulti,e maturi......mi sento di dire che sia come il vino,più passano gli anni e meglio è.I lavori poi di ampliamento e restailing dell altro anno ne hanno fatto anche una struttura affascinante che ben si sposa con l ambiente circostante,il centro benessere,le pools e la spa sono eccezzionali per essere in montagna.Torneremo sicuramente.Un caloroso saluto e ringraziamento alla Famiglia Gasser da Forte dei Marmi.Herr S. aus Marburg am 07.02.2017:
