Our stay at Hotel Chalet Mirabell was absolutely exceptional in every way. The service of every staff member from kitchen, to reception, to spa, to meal service and bar were at a level above and beyond expectations - always friendly, always looking to help and resolve each and every request. There when you need them but never obtrusive. The property is magnificent and the facilities and amenities as well as the view are stunning. No matter how many people are staying at the hotel, the feeling is of a luxury, smaller boutique property where you never feel or see too many guests in one place because of the numerous facilities and relax rooms they can disperse in. There is a sense of privacy and calm respite. The attention to detail in every aspect of the physical property as well as the ambiance, service and atmosphere is remarkable. The food was at the highest level of haute cuisine. The dining rooms are beautifully decorated but not overly done and the views are breathtaking. The rooms are appointed with comfort and delicate yet Alpine style in mind contributing to a feeling of mountain escape and full relaxation. The 6000 sqm spa has everything you could imagine or need and more. We were relaxing in different relax rooms all to ourselves which is something you never get these days. Everything was exceptional during our stay and we couldn't have chosen a better place. We travel substantially and have been to many high end resorts, boutique hotels and award winning properties around the world.
