I had only that night in Innsbruck, so it would be great if i had a city view but shocked that my view on side stairs that 3 meter from my window. I did ask the reception girl but she said we all booked. I know she follows the rules and if she could help she would definitely help me changing a room that suite me. I was only not satisfied with this so i came to that town and had to walked to discover it. Management rules should be a bit flexible and give your employees right and space to help who ever stay in the hotel.Herr B. am 20.09.2022:
Sehr schönes Hotel, in toller Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, ruhige, warme und angenehme Atmosphäre. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Ein Highlight ist die Hotelbar, mit Klasse Drinks und Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
