The hotel is beautiful and the value is worth it. The Spa experience is unmatched with staff who are professional, kind, helpful, and patient at every turn. They speak multiple languages so you are never left frustrated. The breakfast was impressive and the shopping just across the pedestrian bridge makes this location prime. You must stay for the views of the Alps, the spa experience, the food, and shopping. You don't have to go anywhere - it is all here and the staff make you feel right at home. Era già la miglior struttura di Merano come posizione e servizi ancor prima della costruzione della Sky Spa, ora non ce n'è per nessuno. Bravi in tutto: ambienti confortevoli, design e arredamenti di prim'ordine, ristorante eccellente, customer care adeguato. Punto di riferimento n. 1 a Merano!
