Consiglio vivamente l'excelsior , mi sono trovato benissimo , in un ambiente elegante e allo stesso tempo semplice . I punti di forza sono la cortesia e la assoluta disponibilità di tutto il personale. La camera spaziosa e sempre pulitissima . La famiglia Call è davvero gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è abbondante e di buonissima qualità sempre vario e ben curato. Il personale in sala è ben organizzato e preparato , faccio davvero i miei complimenti a tutti quanti perché non sempre ho riscontrato tutti questi buoni requisiti in altri hotel di stessa categoria. This gorgeous resort offers incredible opportunities to holiday in a breathtaking part of the world. They are very welcoming of families with children, yet still maintain an elegant, restful ambience. Staff was consistently approachable and friendly, even when our language skills were lacking. So nice to see the "owner family" so actively involved and reaching out personally to each guest. The 3/4 board provides bounteous healthy delicious cuisine, and the pool/outdoor hot tub area were a nice balance of relaxation and activity. Highly recommend the Precious Stones rooms, although you won't be spending much time in them! Access to skiing (downhill and Nordic), sledding, hiking, and the idyllic village unparalleled.
