Im Alpenhof war vom ersten Moment der überaus freundlichen und kinderlieben Begrüßung bis zum Check-out das Gefühl da, uneingeschränkt mit Kindern willkommen zu sein und auf Händen getragen zu werden. :) Die Massage war ein Traum und die Atmosphäre sehr entspannt und familiär.Sig. Hotel ottimo molto attento a tutte le esigenze dei bimbi dai più piccoli ai più grandi. Clima familiare, personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Hotel molto pulito. Mangiare ottimo. Abbiamo pubblicizzato e raccomandato la struttura ad amici per 1- accoglienza ottimale. Sin dal primo momento sembra di sentirsi a casa. Molto positiva è l’interazione con il personale. 2- attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti, atteggiamento improntato all’ascolto e alla soluzione delle esigenze pur senza eccedere nell’invadenza. 3- ristorazione eccellente. Ricca e di ottima qualità la colazione. Il massimo si raggiunge con la cena con piatti esteticamente eccelsi e tutti di elevata qualità. For us everything was perfect. Every staff member we came across during our stay was so welcoming, helpful and kind. The room was very stylish, comfy and clean with a good bed and shower. Also the location was perfect, the skibus was free and stopped frequently nearby the hotel. We also got a free locker at the ski slope and free tickets for the train, so we were able to visit a nearby city. The food was outstanding, the plates were delicious and creative, compliments to the chef! Definitely excellent value for money!
