Our stay at the Alpen Palace for my wife's \"special\" birthday could not have been more perfect. The room with an exceptional mountain view that I requested was delivered in style with an upgrade to a superb suite for which my wife was over the moon and I am forever in your debt for that alone. The Spa and the hotel facilities are indeed exceptional and the level of service and attention provided by the staff were the best I have experienced.
