Una settimana fantastica!!! Siamo stati magnificamente… direi che la ripartenza è stata un dramma!!! Auguro a chiunque di soggiornare presso di voi per l’accoglienza, il servizio, la pulizia, la cucina, ecc… Un plauso va alla magistrale gestione del bar, grazie ad Alberto e Luca, che ci hanno deliziato le serate!!! We had an amazing week at the excelsior with our friends and our kids, for our yearly ski holiday! The hotel was above anything we expected as the Call family and the excelsior staff go over and above to please each and every guest!
