Such a well managed hotel. Everything from checking in, to catering, housekeeping. I travel a lot for work, and have stayed in many 5 star hotels, and my stay at the excelsior was truly one of the best I have ever experienced. You can also very much feel the warmth and the difference of it being a family run hotel. The kids activities and rooms are also very much appreciated, as are the amazing spa facilities.
