Ein ganz tolles Hotel zum Wellnessen. Sehr schön sind die vielen Ruhemöglichkeiten, die besonderen Saunaaufgüsse und das Tauchbecken. Sehr hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant mit der großen Glasfront und dem tollen Blick und der Ruhe durch die durchdachte Aufteilung.Herr E. aus Harsdorf am 11.06.2024:

The hotel is beautiful. The architecture is incredible, and the spas are relaxing. This hotel is true luxury. The staff is friendly and multilingual which is impressive. Something worth mentioning, its not very clear what is included in the reservation price and what is not. For example, I had a coffee every morning and was not charged for it. However, I had the exact same coffee at lunchtime, and was charged. Water does not seem to be included, unless in the spa area, which I found strange. The only other thing I will say, even though the hotel is technically in Italy, it no longer feels like Italy. The default language is Dutch/German. (sorry I’m not sure which, maybe both?) which is totally fine, just don’t expect typical Italian culture and cuisine. The food is good, but very elevated, which is great but after a few nights I felt myself just wanting a simple plate of pasta or a pizza. Overall though, once in a lifetime experience at this hotel, the positives outweigh the small things for sure.
